Shipping Information

Your furniture order is shipped directly from the factory via various freight carriers.

If your order is stock items/colors, it will ship within one business week from the date you place your order. (Weekends and holidays excluded.)

If your order contains products that must be made to order, lead times will be noted on your quote.

When you receive your order, you are responsible for checking for freight damage.

If any damage is noted you will make sure such is noted with the carrier and call us ASAP.

We send all our shipments signature required.
